Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Acesens collects, uses and protects information when you use acesens.io, submit a form or communicate with us about our services.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business email, company, website, telephone number, project details, website information, service interests and any information you choose to include in an enquiry, meeting request, review submission or growth-audit request. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, arrange meetings, deliver requested audits, prepare proposals, provide services, maintain business records and improve website and service quality. We do not sell personal information.
Form processing
Website forms are processed through Web3Forms. Information submitted through a form is transmitted to the relevant Acesens business inbox so that we can respond. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, health or authentication information through website forms.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not intentionally set non-essential advertising cookies. Hostinger or other infrastructure providers may use essential technical storage or server logs for security, delivery and performance. This policy will be updated before any optional analytics, advertising or customer-tracking technology is introduced.
Data retention and security
We retain enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual requirements, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential business communications.
International processing
Acesens works with clients and service providers internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries with different data-protection laws, using reasonable contractual and operational safeguards where required.
